Deliver diagnostic reagents, rapid test kits, laboratory consumables, documents and other healthcare products to customers. Collect products/materials from suppliers, branches and company locations when required. Ensure protected handling and timely delivery of products.
Check invoice/challan before delivery and obtain customer acknowledgement/signature. Coordinate with the sales team regarding delivery schedules and customer locations. Maintain proper records of delivered and collected materials.
Handle cash/collection only when specifically assigned by the company. Return delivery documents, acknowledgements and collected materials to the office. Maintain the company vehicle/two-wheeler responsibly.
Follow traffic and safety rules. Support basic office/warehouse activities when there are no deliveries. Maintain professional behaviour with pathology labs, hospitals, doctors, laboratory staff and purchase departments.
