Job Title: Recovery Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Recovery Executive to manage overdue loan accounts and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate should have experience in Payday Loans, Personal Loans, or NBFC Collections, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers through calls regarding overdue loan repayments.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Negotiate repayment plans and secure Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments.
- Handle delinquent customer accounts and minimize overdue balances.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.




- Ensure all recovery activities comply with RBI guidelines and company policies.
- Prepare daily MIS and collection reports.

Requirements
- Experience: 12 years in Recovery/Collections.
- Industry Preference: NBFC, Fintech, Payday Loan, Personal Loan.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi Working Days: 6 Days a Week
