Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1. Expert-level knowledge in Monitring Rule setting up and configuring of Datadog, Zabbix. Deep experience conducting Enterprise Tools Assessments and integrating alerts/metrics from legacy APM, network, and infrastructure monitoring tools. 2. Hands-on administration of Datadog & Zabbix 3. Ability to configure alert policies, conditions, thresholds, and muting rules. 4. Expertise integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow via Webhooks. 5. Strong Automation skills with Terraform 6. 1 Unified Dashboarding: Architect and implement single-pane-of-glass reporting using Grafana/Datadog, integrating data from Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Thousand Eyes, Imperva, and Ansible.

2 Tools Assessment & Consolidation: Evaluate the current IT landscape (Datadog, Zabbix, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc.) to drive consolidation and optimize the target state.

3 Enterprise Discovery: Deploy and maintain Device42 for automated infrastructure discovery, application dependency mapping, and continuous CI synchronization with ServiceNow.

4 Backend Automation: Implement ticket-based and non-ticket-based routine operational automations leveraging Terraform
