- Collecting and documenting user requirements by acting as a liaison and mediator between Business Intelligence (BI) engineering teams and business stakeholders to design data models and dashboard solutions.
- Designing, constructing, testing, and maintaining complex data models to support information systems projects and analytics initiatives
- Performing extensive ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations to validate data integrity and ensure accurate data is provided for business consumption

- Writing and executing advanced SQL queries (utilizing GCP Big Query) to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from our database management systems
- Operating database systems to conduct data mining and strategic ad-hoc analyses, providing a deeper understanding of marketing campaigns, dealer/customer behavior, and past/future business trends
- Developing and supporting analytical deliverables, including the creation of dashboards and data visualizations, to track sales and business performance.
- Collaborating with data and analytics team members to identify analytic needs, solve key business challenges,



and deliver data-driven insights to support overall business strategy.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- BI/data analytics, with strong expertise in SQL, GCP BigQuery, ETL processes, data modeling, and dashboard development.

Preferred Experience
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions, perform ad-hoc analysis, and deliver actionable business insights.
