Job Summary

Experienced Analytics Data Science professional (5+ years) with strong SQL and Python expertise, driving product decisions through experimentation, causal inference, and advanced analytical modeling while leading teams and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Work on product analytics and data science initiatives with a robust focus on experimentation, including A/B testing, causal inference, and synthetic control methods to drive data-informed product decisions.

- Utilize advanced SQL and Python (must-have) to analyze large datasets, build analytical frameworks, and deliver actionable insights for product and business stakeholders.

- Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (e.g., linear/logistic regression, clustering) to solve complex product and growth problems.

- Manage and mentor analytics/DS team members, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and demonstrate thought leadership in product analytics strategy.





- Exhibit strong proactiveness, enthusiasm, and the ability to quickly learn and implement new methodologies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Tech Skills: SQL, Python (must have)

- Primary skills: product analytics focused A/B testing, causal inference, synthetic control etc.

- Secondary skills: supervised and unsupervised learning (regression, logistic regression, clustering etc.)

- Experience level: 5+ years, led teams, managing stakeholders well, good thought leadership on product analytics.
