Key Responsibilities

Data Science Analytics

- Perform advanced analytics on large-scale operational time-series datasets from utility-scale solar plants

- Conduct ad-hoc investigations related to fleet performance, tracker behavior, sensor anomalies, connectivity issues,



weather events, and operational failures

- Support development and validation of algorithms related to:

- Device availability

- Device connectivity

- Device faults

- Sensor analytics

- Predictive operational analytics

- Build Python-based analytics workflows, scripts, and automation pipelines

- Work with cloud-scale analytics platforms such as Databricks and Azure-based environments

- Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and operational insights using tools such as Power BI or equivalent platforms

- Clean, validate, troubleshoot, and manage large operational datasets while ensuring high data quality standards

- Analyze trends, anomalies, and operational signatures using statistical and engineering methodologies

- Assist in creating customer-facing operational reports and internal executive dashboards

- Support root cause investigations using data-driven methodologies

Project Management Program Coordination

- Support execution and coordination of Availability Guarantee (AG) programs and operational analytics initiatives

- Track project timelines, action items, deliverables, and stakeholder dependencies across multiple parallel initiatives

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including:

- Technical Services

- Asset Management

- Product Engineering

- Software Engineering

- Data Engineering

- Field Operations

- Sales Customer Success

- Support customer deliverables, reporting schedules, and operational follow-ups

- Help manage Jira boards,



sprint tracking, backlog organization, and analytics project prioritization

- Prepare technical summaries, executive updates, and project status communications

- Drive closure of operational issues and ensure action items are tracked to completion

Reporting Operational Support

- Support generation and automation of operational reports for customers and internal stakeholders

- Develop structured analysis summaries with explicit technical storytelling

- Create presentations and technical documentation for customer discussions and internal reviews

- Assist with KPI definition, metric validation, and operational performance tracking

- Help improve standardization, scalability, and automation of analytics workflows

Qualifications (required)

- Bachelor's Degree in: Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related quantitative disciplines

- 1-3 years of professional experience in: Data Science, Analytics, Data Engineering, Operational Analytics, Technical Program Management, or related fields

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Robust SQL, PySpark skills

- Experience handling large-scale time-series datasets

- Experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn

- Strong understanding of statistics and analytical methodologies

- Experience building dashboards and visualizations

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Ability to independently manage tasks and priorities
