- Understand the business deeply and translate business problems to data science and analytics problems
- Solid understanding of working with bureau data.
- Brainstorm, research, learn implement new/existing AI Machine learning algorithms
- Build statistical models and algorithms using R / Python/PySpark/Databrics
- Develop solid understanding of business drivers and how data is used to drive decisions and behaviors
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams such as Policy, Credit, Collections, Operations, Product etc
- Presenting results of models/analytical solutions to management
