Position: Data Operator – Production

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily production data, records, and reports.
- Prepare and manage production-related MIS reports and documentation.
- Enter production data accurately in MS Excel/ERP/software systems.
- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings for production-related requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Engineering teams.
- Track production quantities, material consumption, job status, and pending activities.
- Maintain records of production plans, work orders, dispatches, and other documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of production data.
- Support the production team in preparing Excel sheets, reports, and presentations.
- Perform other data management and documentation tasks as assigned.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Good data entry and documentation skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of production/manufacturing processes.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline preferred.
- Candidates with experience in engineering/manufacturing industries will be preferred.
