The Data

Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation by facilitating clear communication and thorough analysis throughout the data modeling process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data models to meet evolving business requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of data modeling principles and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data architectures that support complex business processes.
- Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical data models.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles to ensure reliable data assets.
