We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage, maintain, and update company data accurately and efficiently. The candidate should have hands-on experience in data entry, MS Excel, data verification, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct errors, duplicate entries, and discrepancies.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
- Manage large volumes of data while maintaining high accuracy.
- Use MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and other relevant software.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data-entry tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required information.
Required Experience & Skills
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in data entry or back-office operations.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in handling and maintaining large amounts of data.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
- Basic knowledge of data reporting and documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant work experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
