About the Role

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, preparing reports, and ensuring data is entered and managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain company data accurately in Excel and internal systems.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Manage large volumes of data while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data validation, formatting, sorting, filtering, and reconciliation.
- Use MS Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required information.




- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
- Support the team with other data-related and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, MIS, back-office, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/COUNTIF, filters, sorting, conditional formatting, and basic Excel formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive typing speed and data-handling skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
