Data Analysis & Profiling

Perform detailed analysis of legacy systems.

Conduct data profiling to identify:

Data quality issues

Duplicates

Missing records

Invalid relationships

Data inconsistencies

Assess source-to-target data mappings.

Collaborate with business teams to define data cleansing rules.

Data Mapping & Transformation

Prepare Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents.

Map legacy data structures to Siebel data entities such as:

Accounts

Contacts

Opportunities

Assets

Products

Orders

Service Requests

Activities

Define business transformation rules.

Implement data standardization and enrichment processes





ETL Development & Migration Execution

Design and develop ETL processes for migration.

Build reusable migration components and frameworks.

Perform

Data Extraction

Data Cleansing

Data Transformation

Data Loading

Execute trial migrations and production migrations.

Optimize migration performance for large datasets.

Data Quality & Reconciliation

Establish data quality controls and validation checks.

Develop reconciliation reports to validate:

Record counts

Investigate and resolve migration discrepancies.

Ensure sign-off criteria are achieved.

Testing & Defect Resolution

Support SIT, UAT, mock migration, and production migration cycles.

Collaborate with QA teams to resolve migration-related defects.

Conduct post-migration validations.

Support business verification and acceptance activities.
