About The Role The Presales Bid Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, functioning as the operational engine of our presales team. This position involves managing the end-to-end solutioning process, ensuring the timely, high-quality, and compliant submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and proactive proposals.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent coordination skills, and a strategic mindset to align technical solutions with client needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, delivery teams, and sales professionals, to craft compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and win new business.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in bid management and presales coordination within the IT services industry, particularly focusing on Data & Analytics proposals and bids.



Exceptional organizational skills are essential to manage multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously.

Candidates must possess excellent written communication, editing, and document formatting skills, with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools. A good understanding of data engineering, analytics, and cloud technologies is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process, including creating bid/responsibility plans, setting internal deadlines, and managing contributor workflows to ensure timely submissions.
- Compile, format, and edit technical and business inputs into cohesive, brand-compliant proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of reusable presales assets such as past proposals, bios, case studies, and technical snippets to streamline future responses.
- Coordinate with practice Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), delivery teams, and other pre-sales members to align on solution approaches, effort estimates, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal quality standards throughout the proposal development process.




- Monitor and track the progress of multiple proposals simultaneously, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
