- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards within the team and projects.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS).
- Experience in building and managing robust ETL pipelines to support data migration and integration.
- Strong knowledge of data quality assurance techniques and data validation processes.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and database management systems.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues.
