- Position Title: Data Center Technical Support Specialist

- Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years (in Data Center Operations, IT Infrastructure, or System Support)
- Education Qualification: B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science / IT / Related Stream

Certifications (Preferred / Required)

Candidates should possess one or more of the following certifications:

- MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator / Engineer (RHCSA / RHCE)
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) / CCNA

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and monitoring for Data Center infrastructure and server equipment.
- Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers (Windows/Linux) and network hardware.
- Perform routine health checks,



rack placement, cabling management, and hardware maintenance.
- Manage shift handovers, incident logging, ticketing systems, and escalate critical issues following standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with vendor support teams for hardware replacement and maintenance activities.

Preferred Skills

- Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and Windows Server OS.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls).
- Hands-on experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
