Role Description

This is a full-time, Data Analyst role based in Bengaluru.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources to generate actionable insights. The role involves building reports and dashboards, preparing visualizations, and supporting stakeholders with explicit data-driven recommendations.

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business questions, design metrics, and monitor performance. The role also includes documenting analytical methods,



validating data quality, and continuously improving data processes to support smarter decision-making and stronger connections with users.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in SQL or similar query languages are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred.
- Experience working with large datasets, scripting languages (e.g., Python or R), and an understanding of data governance and quality best practices is an advantage.
