Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Khanna.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data related to feed performance, livestock health, milk yield, and farm economics to support decision-making across operations, product development, and farmer advisory services.

Responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying patterns and trends that drive improved nutrition strategies and business outcomes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, nutritionists, procurement,



and management to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

The Data

Analyst will also contribute to forecasting, cost optimization analyses, and continuous improvement of data quality and data management processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong data analysis and statistical skills, including proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one analytics or BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Candidates should possess abilities in data cleaning, data modeling, and data visualization to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess skills in reporting and dashboard creation, with experience preparing concise management reports and performance summaries.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to interpret trends, diagnose issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in agriculture, livestock, dairy, FMCG, or manufacturing analytics, and familiarity with cost and productivity analysis, will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Khanna, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and maintain high standards of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in handling data.
