About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst (3–5 years of experience) with strong expertise in Amazon Quick to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate combines technical dashboarding skills with the ability to act as the primary bridge between customers and our technical teams.
Most importantly, we are looking for a candidate who is confident in front-ending customer conversations—gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and effectively communicating insights. You should have a proactive interest in identifying opportunities where LLMs, Generative AI, and automation can be applied to optimize reporting and business processes.Key Responsibilities
Front-End Customer Discussions: Act as the main point of contact for clients. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Solution Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards and analytical reports using Amazon Quick.
Strategic Bridge: Effectively translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
AI & Automation Integration: Identify and implement opportunities to leverage LLMs, Generative AI, and automation to enhance reporting accuracy, speed, and analytical depth.
Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineering and technical teams to ensure data quality, availability, and optimal dashboard performance.
Governance: Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and quality standards in all delivered solutions.
Required Skills
3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar client-facing role.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Quick – Mandatory.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead meetings independently.
Proven ability to translate business objectives into functional data/reporting requirements.
Basic understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and automation concepts.
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing or consulting setting.
Preferred Skills
Experience with other AWS services (S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue, etc.).
Exposure to LLM-based applications, GenAI tools, or AI-powered automation.
Proficiency in Python or R.
Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and ETL workflows.
Agile experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
AWS certifications are a plus.
