Role & responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for D365 F&O; Finance modules General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting and Tax (India GST).

- Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

- Configure and deliver minor enhancements, period-end/month-end support and financial reporting changes.

- Support financial dimensions, chart of accounts, posting profiles and workflow configurations.

- Work with technical consultants on data fixes, integrations and reporting (Financial Reporter, Power BI, Electronic Reporting).

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts and knowledge base articles.

- Conduct UAT support, user training and hypercare during change releases.





Preferred candidate profile

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O; / AX Finance functional consultant.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and end-to-end finance processes.

- Experience in at least one full-cycle implementation plus support/AMS experience.

- Working knowledge of India GST, TDS and statutory/localisation requirements.

- Positive grasp of month-end/year-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting.

- Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
