Role Overview

Protiviti is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Technical Lead (10+ Years) to drive our expanding ERP practice across large-scale enterprise engagements. In this role, you will own end-to-end technical architecture, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver complex ERP and Azure integrations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery for complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; implementations.

- Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud integrations utilizing Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and REST/OData APIs.

- Oversee Data Management Framework (DMF), data entities, data migration strategies, and platform performance optimization.

- Drive technical governance through code reviews, quality standards, X++ best practices, and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps and LCS.

- Guide, upskill,



and mentor technical consultants and developers across project delivery cycles.

- Partner closely with client leadership and functional architects to translate enterprise business needs into robust technical solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

- 10+ years of core technical development and architecture experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; / Dynamics AX (X++, C#, SSRS).

- Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and custom APIs.

- Strong track record in data management, Dual-Write/Dataverse, DMF migrations, and workplace/release management.

- Proven leadership capabilities in solution design, technical mentoring, code governance, and client-facing stakeholder management.
