Kontrah Labs is a performance marketing agency helping premium D2C brands scale profitably through Meta and Google Ads. We're a small, high-ownership team where every member directly impacts client growth.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of campaign execution and optimization while working closely with the founder and senior performance marketers.

What You'll Do

- Build, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign structure, audiences, budgets, bidding, and creative testing.
- Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize based on data.
- Prepare performance reports and identify actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts and testing.
- Participate in client review calls and communicate campaign performance professionally.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to improve research, reporting, copywriting, and workflows.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience handling live advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns.




- Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
- Agency or D2C eCommerce experience is a plus.
