Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and implement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE .
- Design and develop Power Apps applications and custom solutions.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process automation.
- Develop and customize Plugins, Workflows, Business Rules, and JavaScript components.
- Work with C#/.NET for D365 customizations and extensions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications and services using APIs, REST/SOAP, and Azure services .
- Configure entities, forms, views, security roles, business processes, and solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing D365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and development teams.
- Follow best practices for ALM, deployment, version control,



and solution management .

Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE .
- Strong experience in Power Apps and Power Automate .
- Good knowledge of C#/.NET and JavaScript .
- Experience with D365 Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, and Business Rules .
- Knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform.
- Experience with D365 integrations and APIs .
- Valuable understanding of Azure DevOps and deployment processes .

Valuable to Have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-400 .
- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure Integration Services .
- Knowledge of Power Pages .
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or other CE modules.
