Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer invoices, RA Bills, tax invoices, and related commercial documents within defined timelines.
Coordinate with Project, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Site teams for timely invoice submission and resolution of billing issues.
Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding payments, overdue receivables, retention, and payment holds

.
Perform invoice-wise and payment-wise reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
Review supporting documents such as

IRN, MDCC, Packing List, Delivery Challan, GRN, BBU, and other project documentation before invoice processing.
Track invoice submission, customer approvals, payment status, deductions, and collection commitments.
Prepare

MIS reports, collection reports, ageing reports, and management dashboards

.
Support

SAP-based accounting and commercial transactions

, including customer accounting and invoice-related activities.
Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with concerned stakeholders for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements,



and applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit, reconciliation, and management review

.
Contribute to process improvement, digitization, cost optimization, and automation of commercial and accounting activities.

Desired Skills
Robust knowledge of

Accounts Receivable, invoicing, reconciliation, collections, and commercial operations

.
Working knowledge of

SAP FICO/MM and MS Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid coordination and stakeholder-management abilities.
Knowledge of

Power BI/MIS reporting would be an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a project/EPC setting and meet strict billing timelines.

Education & Experience
PGDM & Import Export Management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in

Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

.
Relevant experience in project accounting, commercial operations, accounts receivable, or EPC/project-based organizations preferred.
