About the Role
We are looking for a CTO to lead the technology strategy and build a scalable digital and technology infrastructure for a rapidly expanding luxury retail business.
Key Responsibilities
Own ERP, POS, RFID and retail technology across all locations.
Drive digital commerce, BI, analytics and CRM technology.
Lead cybersecurity, data governance and DPDP compliance.
Develop and execute the 3-year technology roadmap.
Drive systems integration, technology adoption and automation.
Manage technology vendors, budgets and service levels.
Build and lead the technology team.
Ideal Profile
12–18 years in technology leadership, with 4+ years as CTO/CIO/Technology Head.
Solid retail technology, ERP, POS and inventory systems experience.
Exposure to RFID, digital commerce, BI/analytics and CRM preferred.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data governance and DPDP compliance.
Experience managing multi-location retail technology environments.
Solid technology strategy, vendor management and build-vs-buy expertise.
