Preferred Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution of high-rise residential and commercial projects.
Solid experience in handling projects from concept design to construction and completion.
Hands-on experience in high-rise building planning, working drawings, detailed architectural drawings, and construction documentation.
Positive knowledge of BBMP/GBA building regulations, KTCP Act, FAR/FSI, setbacks, height restrictions, parking requirements, and statutory approvals.
Experience in coordinating with BBMP/GBA, BDA, Fire Department, BWSSB, BESCOM, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and other statutory authorities.
Experience in reviewing architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings and resolving design coordination issues.
Robust site execution and consultant coordination experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
Candidates with experience in large-scale residential towers, commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or gated communities will be preferred.
