CyberArk PAM Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a CyberArk PAM Engineer to support the administration, operations, automation, and lifecycle management of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management ecosystem. The role involves managing privileged identities, troubleshooting incidents, supporting disaster recovery activities, and driving automation and process improvements across the secrets management domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Support ongoing operational activities, incident management, and issue resolution related to the CyberArk PAM ecosystem.
- Manage and maintain privileged identity lifecycle processes across enterprise environments.
- Ensure security compliance, service reliability, and operational excellence within the PAM workplace.
- Install, configure, administer, and support CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, Conjur, CIM, and CP components.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and REST APIs to reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support Privileged Identity Management solutions across various infrastructure platforms.
- Support CyberArk Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.




- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the secrets management domain.
- Work with DevOps tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Participate in on-call support and provide timely resolution for production issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of CyberArk components.
- Strong hands-on experience with CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
- Experience/exposure to CyberArk Conjur, CIM, and CP.
- Experience performing CyberArk DR activities.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell and REST APIs for automation.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
- Programming/scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Java.
- Good understanding of PAM, privileged identities, credential management, and secrets management.
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
