Role Description

We are looking for a Cyber Security Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in working across Cybersecurity, Application Security, Software Engineering, Secure Coding, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, APIs, Identity & Access Management, and Security Automation.

The Cyber Security Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, infrastructure, cloud, data, operations, and other business teams to develop secure applications, identify technical vulnerabilities, strengthen security controls, and support the protection of enterprise systems and digital platforms.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Electronics, or a related discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, application security, information security, DevSecOps, security engineering, vulnerability management, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Cyber Security Engineer, Cybersecurity Software Engineer, Security Engineer, Application Security Engineer, Software Engineer, DevSecOps Engineer, Information Security Engineer, SOC Analyst, Cloud Security Engineer, or Security Analyst are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, fintech, telecom, e-commerce, cloud services, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, operating systems, applications, APIs, and software-development concepts.
- Programming or scripting knowledge in Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages will be beneficial.
- Understanding of secure coding, authentication, authorization, encryption, access control, and application-security principles.
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, API security, vulnerability management, and common security threats will be beneficial.




- Exposure to tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark, SonarQube, Snyk, or similar security tools will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls, VPNs, and network-security fundamentals.
- Exposure to SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic Security, or similar tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IAM, cloud networking, and cloud-security concepts will be an advantage.
- Exposure to Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Docker, or Kubernetes will be beneficial.
- Understanding of SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secrets management, or DevSecOps practices will be an advantage.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, CEH, ISC2 CC, AWS/Azure security certifications, or similar credentials will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
- Valuable analytical, logical, investigative, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with software, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, cybersecurity lab, CTF participation, GitHub project, security project, hackathon, certification project, or academic project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Strong willingness to learn new cybersecurity, software, cloud, and security-automation technologies.
