Role Description The Cyber Security Analyst will work full time on-site in Chandrapur, monitoring and securing enterprise systems and networks against cyber threats. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing security alerts, investigating potential incidents, performing malware analysis, and recommending mitigation strategies.

The role involves assessing application and network security, supporting vulnerability management, and contributing to the improvement of security controls and policies. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and, when required, external stakeholders to support incident response, reporting, and compliance efforts.



This position requires meticulous documentation of findings and explicit communication of risks and remediation steps to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Cybersecurity and Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and respond to security events.
- Hands-on experience with Network Security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure network architectures.
- Proficiency in Application Security, including secure coding principles, vulnerability assessment, and remediation support.
- Capability in Malware Analysis, including static and dynamic analysis techniques and threat intelligence interpretation.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP) and basic understanding of digital forensics concepts.
- Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection platforms, and log analysis is highly beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications (such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, or similar) are an advantage.
