The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves responding to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media channels, providing accurate information on products, orders, returns, and warranties.

The Customer Support

Executive will handle issue resolution, coordinate with internal teams for technical or order-related concerns, and ensure timely follow-up to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in the support system, tracking recurring issues, and sharing feedback with product and operations teams to improve service quality. The role also requires maintaining a professional, empathetic approach in all communications and adhering to company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.




- Experience focusing on Customer Satisfaction, including managing feedback and ensuring positive end-to-end customer experiences.
- Competence in Online Support channels, such as email, chat, and social platforms, with clear and concise written communication.
- Basic Technical Support abilities to troubleshoot common platform or order-processing issues and escalate when necessary.

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsand a customer-centric mindset.Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or eyewear/optical industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
