About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service, communication, and problem-solving within a fast-paced work workplace. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
● Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer concerns.
● Support the creation and updating of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and customer support documentation.
● Provide a positive and professional customer experience at every interaction.
Requirements:
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, Management, or a related field.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills & Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Customer-centric mindset with a willingness to learn.
