Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Communicate effectively with international customers.
- Provide accurate information and maintain customer records.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice, BPO, or Customer Service.
- Valuable English communication and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

Salary
- Up to ₹4.15 LPA
- Up to ₹26,000 in-hand per month + incentives.
- Hike of up to 30% over last drawn salary, subject to eligibility and maximum offer.

Work Schedule
- 5 working days
- 2 rotational week offs

- Night shift
- Both-way cab facility available, subject to company terms.
