We are at Teleperformance hiring for Customer support executive role -international process .
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to international clients through various channels such as chat, email, and blended processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and qualified manner.
- Work on international non-voice processes for leading MNCs (Multiple Non-Voice Channels).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
