Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, have basic English communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Communicate with customers professionally in Hindi and basic English.

Understand customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned team.

Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach.

Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.





Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer support or a similar role.

Language: Fluent Hindi and basic English communication skills.

Good verbal communication and active listening skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a team.
