About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, responsible and curious Customer Success Executive who wants to build a career in SaaS/FinTech. This is a hands-on role involving client interaction, product onboarding, training, usage tracking, reporting, and renewal support. We will train you on our products and relevant technical concepts; we expect a strong learning and ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard clients and conduct product demonstrations and training.

- Follow up with customers to drive product usage, adoption, and engagement.

- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

- Support renewal activities and customer communication.

- Prepare MIS, usage reports, trackers and client-facing reports.

- Assist with data validation, manual checks, rollouts and other internal operational tasks.

- Work with Customer Success, Product, Technology and other teams as required.

What We Look For:

- 1–2 years of experience (B.Com / Commerce background preferred).

- Good communication and client-handling skills.

- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.





- Interested in SaaS, FinTech and learning basic technical concepts.

- Robust ownership, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- A doer mindset — willing to take responsibility and get work completed.

- Comfortable supporting multiple teams and handling tasks beyond a narrowly defined KRA.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹1,705,280.24 per year
