Customer Success Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to build robust customer relationships, support onboarding and product adoption, resolve issues, and ensure customers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Assist with onboarding, product adoption, and engagement.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for renewals and upselling.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Experience with CRM or customer-support tools preferred.

Freshers also welcome Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
