About the Role:
We are looking for fresh graduates to start their career in the finance sector. The role involves customer communication, document verification, payment follow-ups, and basic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and queries.
- Follow up for pending documents and payments.
- Verify customer documents and update records.
- Assist customers with basic issues and escalations.
- Follow up with overdue customers for timely repayments.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Eligibility:
- Age of 20years and Above
- Fresh graduates from any stream.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi ,English, Tamil or Kannada or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
