Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Customer Service

Representative will handle incoming and outgoing customer communications, respond to queries related to mortgage processes, and provide accurate information in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, updating customers on application status, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in company systems.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and following standardized procedures to achieve high service quality. The representative will be expected to meet performance targets, uphold confidentiality, and contribute to a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Customer Support and handling Customer Service Representatives responsibilities.
- Capability to enhance Customer Experience and build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with working in an on-site, process-driven environment; prior experience in financial services or mortgage processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent education; fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
