Job Summary The Customer Support Executive is responsible for handling customer enquiries, service-related concerns, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups. The role focuses on maintaining customer satisfaction, timely communication, and strong customer relationships throughout the sales and service journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct

- Collect and record customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions.
- Follow up with customers regarding service due dates and periodic maintenance.
- Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and showroom promotions.
- Maintain updated customer information in the DMS/CRM system.
- Track pending customer complaints and follow up until closure.
- Escalate serious or unresolved complaints to the CRM Manager / Showroom Manager.




- Contact customers who have not visited the service centre after receiving service reminders.
- Good Tamil and English communication skills.
- Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Knowledge of DMS/CRM is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Patience and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer support, CRM, automobile showroom, BPO, or sales/service coordination.
- Freshers with valuable communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
