Job Summary

A leading provider in the tertiary healthcare and perioperative services sector, delivering high-quality surgical and critical-care anesthesia across multi-specialty operating theatres. We seek an experienced clinician to join an in office anaesthesia team that supports elective and emergency surgical workflows, perioperative pain management, and ICU handovers.

Responsibilities
Deliver secure, evidence-based anesthesia (general, spinal and regional/nerve blocks) across elective and emergency operative lists.
Perform pre-operative assessment, risk stratification, and anesthesia planning for adult surgical patients.
Provide airway management including advanced techniques and escalate/rescue when required.
Administer ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks and manage perioperative multimodal analgesia.
Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics, ventilator settings and titrate anesthetic agents; coordinate post-op transfer and handover to PACU/ICU teams.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, follow institutional protocols, and participate in morbidity mortality reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
MD / DNB / DA (Anaesthesia) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Current registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or respective State Medical Council in India.
Proven clinical experience performing general, spinal and regional blocks in a high-volume operating theatre; independent practice preferred (minimum 3 years recommended).
