Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
Robust understanding of quantity surveying principles and commercial management.
Experience in contractor billing, quantity verification, and payment certification.
Knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration practices.
Proficiency in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis.
Solid analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
