We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Engineer to join our Analytics AI division within a leading hospital chain. This role involves supporting our analytics platform and AI-powered applications, including tools like AI Scribe, ensuring smooth operations and high availability. This is an excellent chance for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in healthcare analytics, AI systems, and production support settings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for the analytics platform and AI applications.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.
Respond to and resolve user-reported issues and incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of applications.
Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
Support data pipelines and dashboards ensuring data accuracy and availability.
Participate in weekend and rotational support shifts.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT/ECE or related fields).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
SQL and databases
APIs and web applications
Operating systems (Linux/Windows)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team workplace.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Prior experience in Application or Product support
Exposure to Python or scripting languages.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Basic understanding of DevOps.
Familiarity with monitoring tools or ticketing systems.
Interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare.
