Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with around 2 years of prior experience to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, email and social media
- Assist customers with order status, delivery, exchanges, returns and product-related queries
- Coordinate internally with warehouse, logistics and other teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow-ups
- Ensure timely responses and a positive customer experience
- Follow up on unresolved queries and take ownership until closure
- Assist with basic reports and customer service tracking
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools for drafting responses, organising information, improving efficiency and supporting day-to-day customer service work

Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of experience in customer service / customer support, preferably in e-commerce, retail or a consumer-facing business




- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Comfortable handling customers over phone and digital channels
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer tools
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to use them as part of everyday work
- Organised, responsible and able to independently follow through on customer issues
- Comfortable working full-time, on-site

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, patient with customers and comfortable taking ownership of the complete customer service process.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
