We are seeking an empathetic and explicit-communicating Odia Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our Odia-speaking customers, helping them resolve technical issues, answer product inquiries, and deliver an outstanding overall experience via phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails from Odia-speaking customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Translate customer requests or technical issues accurately between Odia and English for internal teams.
- Troubleshoot product/service issues, identify root causes, and provide step-by-step solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and log support tickets in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are fully resolved and feedback is collected.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Odia (both written and spoken), alongside professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or client support environment preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities with strong emotional intelligence.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
