About the Role

As a Seller Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential sellers/business owners and helping them understand the benefits and process of selling through the Flipkart platform.

You will play an important role in identifying potential sellers, explaining the onboarding process, addressing their queries, and converting interested prospects into active sellers.

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with sales conversations, follow-ups, persuasion, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential sellers and business owners through calls.




- Explain the Flipkart seller onboarding process clearly and professionally.
- Understand the prospect's business requirements and explain relevant platform advantages.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate freshers are welcome to apply.
- Undergraduates with 6+ months of relevant experience can also apply.
- Average/Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers/business owners over the phone.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead conversion, and customer handling.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Candidates should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
