Customer Sales & Support Intern / Executive Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Experience: Fresher / 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full-time / Internship At Silent Infotech , We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Sales & Support team for Remi8.ai , an AI-powered device. The role involves handling customer queries, generating sales, following up with leads, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential customers. Understand customer requirements and explain Remi8 products and features. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets . Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries/issues. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers. Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, sales,
and customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities. Comfortable with calling and sales activities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.
Fluent
English communication is preferred. For experienced candidates, prior experience in customer support, telesales, inside sales, or field sales will be an advantage.
