About the Role
Top Security Services is looking for Graduate Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience to join our team as CRS (Customer Relationship & Sales Executive).
The selected candidates will be responsible for client communication, customer relationship management, coordination with security staff, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities -
Communicate professionally with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate security service solutions.
- Coordinate with security guards and field staff. - Assist in recruitment and deployment of security personnel.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits when required.
- Follow up with prospective clients and support the sales team.
- Maintain basic records and reports related to clients and operations.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer operations is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel for client/site visits when required.
Training & Salary Training Period: 15 days Training Duration: 2 hours per day Post-Training Salary: ₹12,500 per month During the training period, candidates will be provided with practical guidance and an understanding of client handling, recruitment, sales, security operations, and field coordination.
