Job Title: Customer Relationship Service (CRS) Executive – Immediate Hiring

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Service (CRS) Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, resolving queries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales and field team when required.
- Maintain customer records and daily reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English preferred.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly behaviour.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
