We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, coordinate with healthcare stakeholders, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The selected candidate will serve as a key link between the company, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, patients, and healthcare partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers.
- Address customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.
- Support customer retention and business development initiatives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital, diagnostic center, healthcare organization, pharmaceutical company, or related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
