Role Description The Customer Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing client interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, coordinating with internal project and technical teams, tracking service requests, and following up to ensure timely resolution. The role involves maintaining accurate records of client communication, gathering feedback on service quality, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives.

Executive will also assist in preparing client reports, participate in review meetings, and contribute to building long-term relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Client Relations and Customer Service skills, with experience managing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain a service-oriented approach.
- Relevant experience in customer-facing roles within engineering, construction, HVAC, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized documentation of client interactions.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort with reporting and documentation.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in business, commerce, or engineering is an advantage.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering, trackers)
- Proficiency in MS Word (formatting, templates, professional letter writing)
