**Customer Relations & Vehicle Sales Executive

QDrives Automotive Pvt Ltd | Hyderabad | Full-Time

QDrives is looking for a Customer Relations & Vehicle Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, vehicle viewings and buyer-seller coordination for cars listed through QDrives.

This is a field-based, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, has a genuine interest in cars and can represent QDrives professionally with both buyers and sellers.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate vehicle viewing appointments with buyers and sellers
- Meet customers across Hyderabad as required
- Present vehicles professionally to prospective buyers
- Explain basic vehicle specifications, features and condition
- Coordinate inspections and test drives
- Handle customer enquiries confidently and professionally
- Build solid relationships with buyers and sellers
- Follow up with interested buyers and communicate offers
- Coordinate between buyers, sellers and QDrives until the transaction is completed
- Handle customer vehicles responsibly
- Maintain timely updates on appointments, buyer interest and offers

What We’re Looking For

- Based in Hyderabad
- Valid driving licence is mandatory
- Comfortable driving different cars
- Basic knowledge of cars is mandatory




- Genuine interest in automobiles and the used-car industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building ability
- Friendly, approachable and confident personality
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Comfortable travelling across Hyderabad for appointments
- Good command of English and Hindi
- Telugu is an advantage

Experience

Fresh graduates with the right communication skills, personality and automotive interest are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in automotive sales, customer relations, retail, hospitality, real estate, banking, sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

We can train you on the used-car business and QDrives processes. Communication, responsibility, customer confidence and genuine automotive interest need to come naturally.
